AFLORA Tulum is an ambitious 211-unit condo-hotel project in a premium area of Tulum, a few meters from Cobá Avenue —which connects the beach with the town of Cobá— and from the newly opened Jaguar Park.

Its units are divided into 5 luxury villas, 46 studio-lofts and 8 apartment towers, with a collection of exclusive amenities. With investors from more than a dozen countries, it is a project for an international community looking for quality and certainty.

Under the direction and supervision of the developer, Shangri-La, several construction companies take part in Aflora. KIN Desarrollos was one of the companies awarded the work through tender and builds the apartment towers and lofts, as well as the sales office and lobby, with a workforce of more than 200 workers specialized in civil works and finishes.

We have been on the project since 2022, meeting the developer's requirements on time and to specification.

Madara is a sustainable, elegant building in harmony with its surroundings. Its landscaping and natural-stone design details create an ongoing dialogue with nature; the lobby and interior gardens tell the stories of the Riviera Maya through their variety of regional plants and flowers.

The design combines a Mediterranean style with Caribbean building elements. The finishes are mainly polished cement, limestone and rustic wood, with clay elements and natural textiles: its beauty comes from a fusion of cultures.
