Construction costs are heavily weighted by labor and insurance. Generally, insurance makes the difference. Contractors without insurance or with limited coverage are always cheaper. (For the developer, this savings may not amount to any savings at all if something goes wrong.)
During our free consultation, we’ll discuss the timeline for your project. The key to timely completion is the developer’s availability throughout the process. We won’t begin work on your project until all materials have been received. Our company policy is to continue your project until completion once construction has begun.
