The beginning
- Fraccionamiento Banus Residencial en Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco for HOMEX.
- Medium and low voltage electrical installations with a 150 kvas transformer for Hooter’s Restaurant, Malecón Américas, Cancún.
- Construction plans for 30 houses in the Lomas de San Antonio subdivision, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.
Includes architectural plans, site layout, access points and lot divisions, bill of quantities, and base budget.
- Warehouse with steel structure of 100 m2, Zapopan, Jalisco.
- Supply and installation of shared substation in HM-DAC tariff, Cancun Q.Roo.
- Preliminary work: clearing, grubbing, platforms, and roads on 4 hectares for the CBTIS Public School. Cancun, Quintana Roo.
Consolidation
- Construction of platforms (30,000 m3) for the construction of the Federal School CBTIS 111 in the City of Cancun.
