The finishing materials consist primarily of polished cement, limestone, and rustic wood, combined with clay elements and natural textiles in a contemporary design. Its beauty arises from the fusion of cultures. Chiringuito was a challenge due to its rustic construction between the beach and the mangroves of Tulum.
The hotel has 12 rooms, each with a patio and balcony. It also features a shared pool and common areas for various activities.
The team allowed the project to develop as planned, achieving a functional and comfortable project that meets the demands of the Tulum public.
