AFLORA Tulum is an ambitious condo-hotel project of 211 units located in a premium region of Tulum, with high added value since it is located a few meters from Cobá Avenue, one of the most important in the city since it connects the beach of Tulum with the city of Cobá, in addition to being the connection to the recently inaugurated Jaguar Park.
Aflora's residential units are divided into 5 luxury villas, 46 studio-lofts and 8 apartment towers with a collection of unique luxury amenities.
Under the direction and supervision of the developer, Shangri-La, Aflora is, by its nature, a project in which different construction companies participate to meet delivery times and the quality expected by its clients.
KIN Desarrollos is involved in the construction of the apartment towers with a team of over 25 specialized workers in civil engineering, installations, and finishing. We were one of the companies selected by the developer and met the client’s requirements on time and in full.
With over 200 investors from more than a dozen countries, Aflora is a project for a dynamic international community that seeks quality and to minimize the risk of investing in a country that is not their own.

Our work: construction, electrical and plumbing installations, flooring, finishes, window and door frames and waterproofing in apartment towers
In the Aflora apartment towers, we implemented all electrical and plumbing systems, installed flooring and finishes, as well as windows and doors and waterproofing in all areas before installing the carpentry. The towers feature gardens, terraces, and views of the dense jungle.
